CBSC FISH FRY DAY!

12:00 noon - set up for Kid’s Games and fish fry
If you want to help with this, please come to the club house at 12:00 or soon after.

2:00 - 4:00 - Kid’s games - We will need help with this also
Tickets will be $5.00 for 6 tickets - one of those will go in the drawing for a bike
(One girl’s bike and one boy’s bike) Other tickets for the many other prizes

3:30 - Memorial for Alan (Pete) Peterson

Approx. 4:00 - Fish Fry gets underway.

Awards and Raffle Prize distribution after the fish fry (some people may still be eating)

The mariachis will be singing starting about the time the fish fry starts.

Derby shirts will be sold. If you don’t have yours, either come to Ship’s Store & Gift Shop during the fishing derby, or you can get one at the fish fry.

As many of you know the CBSC started an annual golf tournament last year with the goal of helping the La Montana School for the Physically and Mentally challenged in Rocky Point. Proceeds from last year tournament went to buy basketballs, soccer balls, school supplies, unique paper for one child that is partially blind, and “hay” for the horse that is used to teach children balance and confidence.

This year I would like to see the CBSC make the tournament even better! Many of you after the tournament stated that we could do this or that, get sponsors, etc. To that end , I would like to ask everyone if they could help in various ways to make it a success. I know that many of you have put together tournaments in the past and I am sure that they were successful. Some have the talent to find sponsors and raffle items, others know how to set up additional feats of skill on the course.
