Cholla Bay Meetings
Hi Everyone,
Just a reminder. The CBSC May meeting is this Saturday at the Clubhouse in Cholla. The board will meet at 4:00. Anyone that has business to bring before the board or anyone that wishes is encouraged to attend the board meeting as no business will be done at the dinner meeting, only announcements will be made. Happy hour will begin at 5:00 and pot luck dinner will be about 6:00. Even though this is a pot luck dinner there will be a $3 charge to cover misc. expenses. Beer, vodka, rum and wine drinks will be provided and also a ham. Everyone is invited, so bring a “pot” to share and plan to have a good time!
Also, don’t forget the annual Vecinos’ general meeting will be held Saturday morning at the clubhouse. Doors will open at 8 a.m. so you can pick up your ballot and vote and be ready for the meeting that will start at 9:00 a.m..
